Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ANVIL program, and any related materials, services, content, or communications (collectively, the "Service") provided by Anvil ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service, completing a purchase, or using any ANVIL materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Section 01

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. The Service contains material relating to adult sexual health and is not appropriate for minors under any circumstances.

ANVIL is designed for men whose erection difficulties are not the result of physical injury, recent pelvic surgery, or known organic medical conditions. The program is not appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions, and you are solely responsible for determining whether the Service is suitable for you. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access at our discretion.

Section 02

The Nature of the Service — Not Medical Advice

ANVIL is an educational and self-guided digital program. Nothing contained in the Service — including any text, video, audio, assessment result, exercise, recommendation, protocol, or communication — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, sexological, or therapeutic care.

No doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other professional relationship is created between you and {COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}, its employees, contractors, contributors, or any individual referenced within the Service.

You agree to consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning the program, making changes to your exercise or behavioral health routines, or acting on any information provided through the Service, particularly if you have a medical condition, are recovering from surgery, are taking medication, or have any concerns about whether the Service is appropriate for you.

In the event of a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services in your jurisdiction immediately. Do not rely on the Service.

Section 03

Results and Testimonials

Individual results vary significantly based on age, baseline condition, consistency, personal circumstances, and other factors. We make no guarantee, promise, or representation regarding any specific outcome, timeline, or benefit.

Any testimonials, case studies, user accounts, or examples presented through the Service reflect the personal experiences of specific individuals and are not representative or typical. Your experience may differ materially.

Section 04

Account and Access

To access ANVIL you may be required to create an account or receive login credentials. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information during sign-up and assessment
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You may not share, transfer, sell, or resell your access, credentials, or any program materials. Each purchase grants a single-user license tied to the purchasing individual.

Section 05

Purchase, Payment, and Delivery

ANVIL is sold through ClickBank, the retailer of products on this site. CLICKBANK® is a registered trademark of Click Sales, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 1444 S. Entertainment Ave., Suite 410, Boise, ID 83709, USA, and used by permission. ClickBank's role as retailer does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or review of the product, any claim, statement, or opinion used in its promotion.

ClickBank processes all transactions, and its own terms and policies apply in parallel to these Terms with respect to payment, chargebacks, and retail-level disputes. We are not responsible for ClickBank's processing, its systems, or any third-party payment issue.

ANVIL is delivered electronically. Access is typically provided immediately following successful payment. Delivery timing, system availability, and account provisioning are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.

"Lifetime access" refers to the expected operational lifetime of the ANVIL program and platform. It does not create a perpetual obligation in the event the program is discontinued, materially modified, or the company ceases operations. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice in such circumstances.

Section 06

Refund Policy

ANVIL is backed by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 60 days of your purchase date. Refunds are issued for the product price only and are processed through ClickBank.

Refunds may be denied where there is evidence of abuse of the guarantee, including but not limited to: repeated refund requests across products, fraudulent chargeback activity, or resale or distribution of program materials. ClickBank's retailer-level refund policies also apply.

Section 07

License to Use ANVIL Materials

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and payment in full, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the ANVIL materials for your own individual, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or transmit any portion of the materials
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the materials
  • Create derivative works, translations, or adaptations
  • Share your account, credentials, or downloaded content with any other person
  • Use the materials to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying methods of the program
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice

All content, trademarks, logos, methodologies, assessments, exercises, and materials are the property of {COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME} or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Section 08

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe any third party's rights
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff, contractors, or other users
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems
  • Disrupt, interfere with, or probe the security or integrity of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, for any violation of these Terms.

Section 09

Assessment and Personalization

The intake assessment is provided as a tool to help tailor the emphasis of the program to your self-reported inputs. It is not a diagnostic instrument and does not evaluate, identify, or screen for any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition. Results are based solely on the information you submit and should not be interpreted as a clinical finding.

Section 10

Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for third-party offerings. Your use of third-party services is governed by those providers' own terms and policies.

Section 11

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

We do not warrant that the Service will produce any particular result, that it will meet your expectations, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected. No advice or information obtained through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, {COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE ANVIL™ PROGRAM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Section 13

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless {COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME} and its officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any content you submit through the Service.

Section 14

Electronic Communications and Consent

By providing an email address or other contact information, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including transactional emails, program updates, and — where you have opted in — marketing messages. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any message. Transactional and account-related messages cannot be opted out of while you maintain access.

Section 15

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date, and continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide additional notice.

Section 16

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the materials ends and you must cease all use. Sections intended to survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.
