ANVIL Protocol is a 90-day program. The first 30 days combine short daily educational modules (5–6 min) with a progressively building exercise routine. From Day 31 onward, you follow a repeating 7-day exercise schedule — breathing, pelvic floor training, vagus nerve activation, mindfulness, and physical movement. Daily sessions range from 20 to 65 minutes depending on the day.
